Minale Tattersfield owns the copyright of any work it produces on the clients behalf, including concepts designs and artwork. Any use of Minale Tattersfield’s work by the client or by others through the client must be obtained under a licence. Licence fees may apply.
In the case of work for a Government Agency, usage of copyright material created and developed by Minale Tattersfield will be clarified by the client at the outset of the project, pursuant to Section 183 of the Copyright Act (C’th) 1968, in addition to whether usage is through an assignment, exclusive licence or a non exclusive licence. In the absence of any written notices from the Government Agency regarding copyright, owners.
